Menu Selection - Includes three selections for each course. Menu price point should be $15, $25 or $35 (excludes beverages, tax and gratuity) per person. Please check the appropriate box below to show the price point of the menu. You may submit a pdf of a sample menu via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
