Bring a minimum of four Dresses, valued at or above $50 each to the Swap (check flyer for specialty items you can also bring). All dresses must be gently worn or new, as well as clean, ironed and brought in on a clothes hanger. Items that are damaged in anyway, will be refused at the door. We do not want to refuse anyone, but we must insure the Swap is offering clean and quality items. Please email us with any questions you may have about the qualification of your item, if available, attach a photo as well.
Check in at the desk before you enter the Swap. Give your items to the Dress Swap volunteer. Your items will be inspected for cleanliness and quality. Items that are not accepted due to lack of quality or cleanliness cannot be brought inside the Swap.
Once your item has been accepted for the Dress Swap you will be given a ticket for each item you brought to the Dress Swap. Tickets will be color coded to represent Dresses, or Specialty items. Please do not lose your tickets; you will need your tickets to remove items from the Swap.
Once you are finished inside the Swap, please take your items and tickets to the checkout table. Please make sure the color and number of tickets you have match the items you are removing from the Swap.
Dress Swap rules....
The Dress Swap will normally start one hour after the doors open. Please arrive one hour early so your items can be processed for display. Arriving early will also give you a chance to preview all the goodies.
Photo ID is required. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
All exchanges are final. No refunds will be given for admission fees. Remember all items are first come, first served. Be courteous, fair and polite to all attendees and respect the venue. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.
Dresses must be clean, placed on a clothes hanger and have sizes clearly displayed. Attach a handwritten size label if the original size label is missing.
Please, No Hoarding. Hoarding is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Select no more than 3 items over the number of tickets you have. Make your selections and quickly return the other items to the rack for the shopping convenience of all participants.
