Cobb Travel and Tourism (CT&T) is your official point of contact for meetings and convention planners, tour operators and visitors. The Event Services team acts as a liaison between the meeting planner and the companies that provide services and products in Cobb County and the metro Atlanta area. We are committed to excellence, ensuring that every detail of your convention, meeting, reunion, or significant event is a first-rate experience from beginning to end.

PRE-PLANNING VISITS

The Event Services team can arrange a specialized itinerary for any pre-planning visits, including tours of off-site venue locations, such as The Battery Atlanta, Truist Park, the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, and other popular local attractions.

ATTENDANCE BUILDING

We offer a variety of marketing materials, such as digital promotional postcards, social graphics, local media contact lists, online images, and promotional videos to help boost attendance for your upcoming event.

PROMOTIONAL IMAGES

Images are available online to assist with the production of brochures, slide presentations, and other promotional needs.

The CT&T team will put you in touch with our partner companies that can provide anything from transportation, staffing, signage, security, audio/visual, caterers, etc.

EVENT IMPACT REPORTING

We can provide a post-event recap report highlighting the economic impact of the event in our community; this data will be based on event-reported numbers that the meeting planner provides and calculated through the Destinations International Economic Impact Calculator.

COBB BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WELCOME LETTER

The team is happy to facilitate coordination for a welcome letter from the Cobb County Board of Commissioners. Please inquire at least 30 days in advance.

CUSTOMIZED WEBSITE LANDING PAGE

Collaborate with Cobb Travel & Tourism on a customized convention landing page with content, deals, and resources tailored to your attendees’ interests and needs.

ONSITE ACTIVATIONS

Branded welcome buttons will be made and provided for all hotel front-line staff. Also, CT&T can provide staff and supplies for an information table with maps and visitor guides during the initial event registration at the convention center to help attendees plan their free time (4-hour time limit).

PRE-CONVENTION MARKETING SUPPORT
