Got Speed!! Join Coach L, as she, and her team of coaches, teach young athletes the proper fundamentals of running. At "Got Speed" Track Camp, campers can take advantage of speed training for all running sports, (i.e., football, basketball, soccer, baseball. lacrosse, etc.). Learn skills that dramatically improve overall athletic performance. During "Got Speed" Camp, campers will work on running technique and drills that will improve acceleration, balance, body control, coordination, core strength, flexibility, reaction time, running mechanics, and sprint speed. Track & Field events will include 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1600M, 4 x 100 relay, 4 x 400 relays, hurdles, shot put, discus, long jump, triple jump, and pole vault.
